Q – #1 So @mikerynchek, starting on the business side of things. What kinds of things have been happening for @Spyder_Trap personnel wise?
A: Good question. I believe since the last time we talked @spyder_trap added 2 or 3 people.

Q – #2 A good sign of Co. growth! Any diversity in the companies that you’ve been working with? Any changes to your role?
A: We continue to do a great deal of work in the health care space, breaking into financial and personally the non prof side.
My role seems to be constantly changing. Far less hands on, more focused on growth/strategy while enjoying helping others out.
Q – #3 Moving forward, what would you like to see happen at @Spyder_Trap and how you service your customers?
A: 2 things. Cont. philanthropic support and mobile. We are wisely and quietly building out capabilities & case studies.

Q – #4 A rare “almost” exclusive! :) With the economy in it’s current state, has the approach to your field changed at all?
A: Co’s are being very smart and deliberate with dollars. ROI is king along with agency accountability.
We have built a great company based on that mentality. Fortunately we have an amazing group at @Spyder_Trap to support.

Q – #5 Awesome! Lets now shift to you. What kinds of thing have you done since March? (Events,Target Field,vacations, The “X”)
A: Me huh? I was fortunate enough to attend many great events/galas this summer including Starkey and Glamorama… Great causes!
My @Foursquare activity “usually” paints a good picture of my adventures. #
Q – #6 Understood! :) Have you gathered any mayor or unique badges lately on @Foursquare?
A: Well @bflagstad keeps stealing my key mayorships. Other than that we had a couple interesting calls with @Foursquare.
I did steal the Baker Golf Course mayorship from @BradWellman. Muahhh!!!

Q – #7 So have you gotten to try out any new restaurants that you like? Any new venues?
A: I have but then I get sick! Ha #RestaurantFail
Q – #8 Not a sound endorsement. :( Well, to end today Mike, what 1 bit of advice would you give to people today?
A: Let’s talk #JECTV… When is this bad boy getting it’s own TV show? (Can I have a guest role?)
Advice regarding business, personal, other? How can I help?
Q – #9 How about advice for job seekers in your field. What advice could you give them?
A: Approach any agency interview like you would a client meeting/pitch. Remember it’s not about you! :-)
