Twitterview with Brooke Wolford

@JoelECarlson – Hello everyone, and welcome to Twitterview with our guest @Brooke_Wolford today. Lets get rock’n!

Q – #1   So to start off with: Where did you grow up? What steps have you taken from High School up until today?

A:   Grew up in SOTR in Hastings. Went to the the U of M and DCTC when I was in HS. Got done with my generals.

Then I didnt know what to major in, so I went into the workforce. Signed on with a temp agency and was placed at Burnet Title

instantly fell in love with real estate. After 6 years of closings, I got my license. life is good!

Q – #2   I see. Now your Twitter BIO says that you are a blogger too. What are your posts generally about?

A:   I blog about being a rookie agent. I like to share the things I learn along the way.

Q – #3   So being a “rookie agent”, what are some things that you’ve learned? Tips or tricks?

A:   In the beginning I tried to hard to mimick everyone and I now know that my clients appreciate who I am and what I do

Q – #4   So have you been able to use Social Media professionally with real estate? Any benefits from using it personally?

A:   yes, I use it as a learning tool for myself. There’s so many things that I have learned with Social Media..cont

and its great to hear others opinions. I also have met so many rockin people that I may have never met otherwise

Q – #5   Who are say 10-15 people that you follow that provide you with either inspiration, humor or knowledge?

A:   Well #1 is @nobuhata he and I both blog for @realtormag and we connected a while back via @maar he rocks!

But some of my favs are you of course and @JasonSandquist @tboard @ericamayer @mplsmaven

Q – #6   I owe you $10 now. :) Now for the FAVS – Favorite restaurant, store, summer activity & website?

A:   I will hold you to that :) Fav resturant is @Sajiyasushi, fav store?dont shop but BCBG is a fav, Cornhole for activity

Favorite website….I would have to say Twitter considering I spend my life here

Q – #7   If you could invite any 1 person for dinner, dead or alive, who who you ask and why?

A:   Probably my grandmother. She died before I was born from Colon Cancer. Would have been nice to know her

Q – #8   Very nice! So to end, what personal thought or mantra would you like to share with everyone?

A:   my fav quote via Judy Garland “Be a first rate version of yourself, not a second rate version of someone else”
